Enjoy a one-time free resizing of your ring within the first year of purchase. We provide a fully insured pre-paid label for hassle-free return shipping within the US. For additional resizing or requests made after the first year, a fee of $50 is applicable for white, yellow, and rose gold rings, and $100 for platinum rings. Fully insured return shipping fees within the US are $90, but shipping the resized ring back to you is always free.

During the resizing process, small adjustments in metal will be made to achieve the perfect fit. This may slightly alter the thickness of your ring, but any change is typically minor and may not be noticeable. Rest assured, your resized ring will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our high-quality standards and fits your specified size.

Please note that rings that cannot be resized due to their design or size constraints will incur a fee for remanufacturing. Be aware that the new ring may have slight variations from the original. We will inform you of any charges for remanufacturing after inspecting your ring.

For eternity bands and tension rings, it's crucial to order the correct size when purchasing, as these styles cannot be resized due to their design. They would need to be entirely remade. If you're unsure about the size, please use our ring sizing tool or reach out to our Customer Service team for guidance.

We also offer a resizing service for tennis bracelets. If you need to shorten your bracelet, we can do so for a non-refundable fee of $75. Any links that are removed during this process will be returned to you along with your resized bracelet.
