To initiate production on any custom order, a minimum deposit of 35% is required. Please note that stones cannot be reserved without a deposit and may be shown to other clients if you are not ready to proceed. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or shipment. Additionally, custom cut diamonds may necessitate a deposit prior to manufacturing, which will be applied towards the total cost of your custom jewelry creation.

Ilanie will present a detailed Quote Sheet for your approval, capturing all the specifics of your design. This step guarantees that every aspect is accounted for before we begin production.
The process begins with the selected center stone being scanned into an STL file, which is then implemented in 3D CAD software to create the jewelry design. Depending on the complexity, this design phase typically takes 2-5 business days.
Once the 3D CAD design is ready, complete with a 3D video for a precise visual, it will be sent to you for approval. You can request any number of adjustments to ensure you're completely satisfied with the design.
After your approval, the 3D CAD model goes into printing and casting. The jewelry is then gold cleaned and set with diamonds. Ilanie will keep you updated and involved every step of the way, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience. The entire process usually takes about 2-4 weeks, but for more complex jewelry creations, it can extend to 4-6 weeks. When your creation is finished, you will receive pictures, live videos, and the digital copy of the jewelry authenticity report.
Once your jewelry is complete, you'll receive a personal viewing experience with photos and live videos of your jewelry creation.
Additionally, you'll receive a digital version of the jewelry's Authenticity certificate.
The jewelry will be shipped via FedEx, fully insured priority with both the original GIA/IGI certificate for the center diamond and the original jewelry Authenticity certificate, which includes comprehensive details and an appraisal for insurance purposes.
