At ILANIS, we offer free shipping worldwide on every purchase, with no minimum order amount. We ensure fast and secure delivery to all our customers globally. Each item is carefully packed and fully insured during its journey, ensuring your ILANIS purchase will be safely delivered to your doorstep, no matter where you are.

Shipping Details

For US orders over $1000, we offer overnight shipping. For international orders above $1000, we use express shipping services.

For US orders under $1000, we provide a speedy two-day shipping option. International orders below $1000 are shipped using a reliable carrier.

Please note: Your order will be shipped only after passing our strict quality checks. Loose diamonds are sent out immediately after inspection, while other jewelry pieces and engagement rings are shipped within one to three weeks, based on production timelines.

For added security, ILANIS always:

1. Insures and registers all items for their full value.
2. Utilizes FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS services to deliver high-value packages quickly and safely.
3. Requires that all deliveries be made to a physical address.
4. Does not allow delivery to PO Box addresses.
5. Requires a signature upon delivery.
6. Permits shipping to an alternative address.

We suggest shipping credit card orders to an address registered with your credit card company. However, alternate addresses are also acceptable.

International Shipping Information

ILANIS does not collect taxes and duties for international shipments. For International shipping outside the US, customers are responsible to verify if there are any additional duties, customs or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays incurred due to customs clearance procedures. The carrier will collect any additional fees when your package arrives in your country.
