These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at www.ilanisdiamonds.com, our services, and your transactions with ILANISHADAD JEWELRY LLC, a Wyoming-registered company (“ILANIS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

2. Intellectual Property

3. Product Information & Availability
All items listed are subject to availability. Prices, product descriptions, and stock levels may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.
4. Payment Terms
Accepted Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and bank wire transfers (fees apply). ACH, e-checks, personal, certified, or cashier’s checks are not accepted.
Financing with Shop Pay Installments
We offer flexible financing via Shop Pay Installments (powered by Affirm) for eligible U.S. customers. Split your purchase into 4 bi-weekly payments at 0 % APR, or monthly payments with rates from 0–36 % APR. Subject to approval. No hidden or late fees.

Layaway Plan
Secure your jewelry with a 35 % deposit and pay the balance in scheduled installments. Your piece is crafted and reserved until full payment is completed. Contact us to set up a layaway plan.
Full Payment Requirement
Ready-to-Ship items and loose diamonds require full payment at checkout. Custom orders must be paid in full before delivery. Final payment is due within 30 days of production completion.
Currency
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). ILANIS is not responsible for currency conversion rates or international bank fees.
5. Deposits & Production Timelines
To reserve a diamond or begin a custom design, a non-refundable but fully transferable deposit is required. Final payment must be made within 60 days unless otherwise agreed. A grace period of 24 hours from deposit allows full-refund cancellation. Design production starts upon client approval of estimates.
6. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Custom, engraved, resized, altered, or final-sale items are not returnable. Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging and certification. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
7. Shipping
U.S. orders ship via fully insured FedEx or USPS, with signature required upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or UPS Stores. Shipping delays due to weather or carrier issues are not our responsibility.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Some high-value items may require armored delivery.
All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon the carrier’s confirmation of delivery signature. For orders above USD 10,000, you agree to present valid government-issued photo ID upon delivery if requested by the carrier or ILANIS.
8. Warranty & Repairs
We offer a 90-day warranty on manufacturing defects, covering side diamonds under 0.25 ct. Center stones are excluded. Warranty is void if the item is altered by a third party. Resizing is complimentary for local NY clients. Remote resizing includes a $100 fee.
9. Jewelry Care & Insurance
Our pieces are handcrafted from precious metals. Wear responsibly and avoid harsh chemicals, gym use, and heavy lifting. We highly recommend third-party jewelry insurance for loss, theft, or damage.
Having your diamond and gemstone jewelry professionally inspected for loose prongs is an essential part of jewelry maintenance. Even with careful wear, the prongs that secure your precious stones can gradually loosen over time. We recommend having your diamond and gemstone jewelry checked by a professional jeweler at least once a year. However, if you wear these pieces frequently or during high-activity situations, consider more frequent inspections every 6 months.
10. SMS Messaging
By entering your mobile phone number at checkout or in any ILANIS web form, you consent to receive transactional text messages from ILANIS regarding your orders, shipping updates, and account notifications. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Delivery of SMS messages may be delayed or interrupted; ILANIS and mobile carriers are not liable for such issues. ILANIS never shares your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. 11. Referral Program Disclaimer
ILANIS may offer referral or affiliate programs at its sole discretion. Rewards or credits earned through referrals are subject to verification and may be revoked in cases of abuse, self-referrals, or suspicious activity. ILANIS reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services or purchases made. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question. ILANIS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, labor disputes, natural disasters, supply interruptions, or carrier delays.
13. Submissions
Any content you submit to ILANIS (ideas, testimonials, photos) may be used by us for marketing or promotional purposes without compensation.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services for any reason, including misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in New York courts.
16. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. Your continued use of our Services signifies acceptance of any updates.
17. Trademark Notice
The ILANIS name and logo are proprietary to ILANISHADAD JEWELRY LLC and may not be used without permission. While we refer to ILANIS as a trademark, it is not currently registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
18. Order Cancellations
Orders for custom or made-to-order pieces may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted if production has already begun. For Ready-to-Ship items, cancellations are only possible prior to shipment.
19. Product Descriptions and Imagery
Product images, videos, and descriptions on our website are provided for informational purposes. While we aim for accuracy, slight variations in color, shape, or appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and differences in screen settings.
20. Errors and Inaccuracies
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but occasionally an item may be mispriced or described incorrectly. ILANIS reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or refuse orders placed using incorrect information, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
